Exterior Cleaning
Pressure Washing and Exterior Surface Cleaning
Concrete, walkways, entries, and building exteriors cleaned back to an even, maintained appearance — scheduled around business hours and tenant traffic.

Who this service is for
Property managers and business owners whose entries, sidewalks, and hardscape collect the grime that nobody notices until it is uneven — gum, spills, oil spotting, irrigation staining, and the general dulling that comes with foot traffic. Contractors also use this at the end of a project to clear the site apron.
Surfaces we clean
- Sidewalks, entry aprons, and common-area walkways
- Concrete flatwork, stairs, ramps, and loading zones
- Parking areas, dumpster enclosures, and trash corrals
- Building exteriors, stucco, and awnings where the surface allows
- Patios, courtyards, and shared outdoor seating
What BlueVista handles
Pressure and technique are matched to the surface: surface cleaners for large flatwork so there is no striping, lower-pressure soft washing for painted and finished exteriors, and hot-water or spot treatment for grease and gum. Entries and dumpster areas usually need degreasing rather than pressure alone.
We plan water use, runoff, and containment as part of the job, and work early mornings or weekends where wet walkways during business hours are not an option.
How scheduling and quotes work
Quotes are based on square footage, surface condition, water access, and whether the site needs a single restorative clean or a recurring rotation. Many properties do a first deep clean and then a lighter quarterly or semi-annual maintenance visit, which costs less per visit.

Exterior cleaning is offered across Orange County and Los Angeles County; scheduling depends on site access and water availability, which we confirm before the work is booked.
