What BlueVista handles
Exterior glass is cleaned with purified-water pole systems where height and access allow, which rinses without leaving mineral spotting and keeps crews off ladders in high-traffic areas. Traditional squeegee work is used on interior glass and anywhere a hand finish is better. Tracks, sills, and frames are wiped as part of the service — glass alone looks half done when the frame is still dusty.
Hard-water staining, construction residue, and adhesive from signage or film are handled separately; tell us what is on the glass when you request a quote so the scope reflects it.

Most commercial clients settle on a rotation — monthly for busy storefronts, quarterly for offices — which keeps each visit shorter and the price predictable. One-time cleans are fine too, including before an open house, a photo shoot, or a lease turnover. Pane counts, height, and access determine the quote, so a quick site visit or photos help.
