Who this service is for

General contractors, subcontractors, developers, and property managers who need a space to move from finished construction to occupied. It also fits owners finishing a remodel who want the dust gone before furniture arrives.

Projects we clean

  • Tenant improvement buildouts in office, medical, and retail spaces
  • New commercial construction prior to inspection or turnover
  • Remodeled suites, restrooms, and common areas in occupied buildings
  • Residential remodels and additions

What BlueVista handles

Construction dust settles everywhere and returns after the first pass, so we work in phases. A rough clean clears debris and bulk dust once trades are largely finished. A touch-up pass follows punch-list work. The final clean is the detailed one: wiping and polishing fixtures, cabinetry inside and out, doors and frames, baseboards, sills, vents, light lenses, and switch plates.

We also remove stickers, labels, and adhesive residue from glass and appliances, clean interior glass and mirrors, detail restrooms and kitchens, and finish floors according to their material — sealed concrete, tile, LVP, hardwood, and carpet all get different treatment.

How scheduling and quotes work

Pricing depends on square footage, the finish level, how many phases you need, and the condition the trades leave behind — so a walkthrough or a set of current photos and plans gets you an accurate number faster than a phone estimate. Tell us your turnover date and we will build the schedule backward from it, including night and weekend work when the project calendar demands it.

Service area

We take post-construction work across Orange County and Los Angeles County. Larger projects further out are considered case by case based on scope and crew availability.
